Practitioner (MY Core)

This profile is derived from the base FHIR Practitioner resource. In the Malaysian context, identifiers include the national identity card (MyKad) and the professional registration numbers given by a licensing board with jurisdiction (e.g. Malaysian Medical Council registration number).

The four elements identifier, name, gender and birthDate are mandatory and must be supported to enable matching of Practitioners transferred to different facilities.

Practitioner.name	At least one Practitioner name. Encouraged to put full name in `text` element to accommodate patronymics.

Practitioner.birthDate	Birth date of the Practitioner.
